Dear Santa, please, please bring us these...

We adore Christmas, it’s the one time of the year where we can be demanding, make a list of everything we want and expect to receive most of it without being considered a spoilt brat.

So, with the big day looming, it was about time we made a list of pressies we want in our stocking. With the help of our ten gorgeous gifts guide you’ll have ideas to tell the whole family and maybe you’ll actually receive what you want for once – no more exchanging in store.

Hair cosmetics are always welcome under our tree, especially since Boots are offering half price electricals. Mark Hill has created a snazzy collection of limited edition products in pink leopard print style. The design is so cute, you’ll want to get your claws into (sorry couldn’t resist!) both the straighteners (£49.99) and the hairdryer (£27.49).

Another reason we love Boots is due to their amazing gift boxes. You can scoop up a fragrance gift set from as little as £22. Our favourite has got to be the deliciously sweet Vera Wang perfume set which contains the seductive scent, body lotion and lip gloss too - at £45 this is an absolute bargain as the fragrance alone is usually £43.

But as well as hair and beauty products we want gifts that are ideal for those days where appearance doesn’t matter and you just want to snuggle on the sofa.

We’ve got the perfect pressies to provide you with hours of entertainment. HMV have some great deals on films that all you girls need to see - Coco Before Chanel is just £11.99, award-winning chick flick My Sister’s Keeper is £10.99 and the re-released Disney classic Snow White is only £14.99.

If you’re still bored after that amazing movie marathon, then let us introduce you to your favourite new gadget, the Nintendo DSi. The handheld console will keep you amused whatever the weather - with more than 400 games to choose from there is something to tickle everybody’s fancy. Priced at £139.99 on Amazon it’s the most extravagant gift on our list but if the other half loves us as much as he says he does then he’ll buy it…well we hope!

Another pricey but very desirable gift is the iPod Nano – the music player retails for £115 from the Apple store but is definitely worth the money – the Nano comes in a variety of colours and can hold up to 2,000 songs and 8 hours of video.

If all these devices are too high-tech for your liking, then why not ask for some chocolate? Forget about the calories, it’s Christmas, you’re allowed to indulge. Thorntons have some mouth-watering collections – the Continental Milan Dark and the Continental Paris Milk are both extremely tasty and luxurious enough to receive as a gift, at £11.99 you’d be stupid not to ask for one.

If you don’t get everything you want in your stocking, don’t fret…the January sales are right around the corner!
